Representatives
Accredited representatives act on behalf of owners and must disclose their role. Accreditation may be withdrawn for misrepresentation or misconduct.
Enquiries and appointments
Enquiries and viewing requests are commitments to engage in good faith. Contact details shared through the platform may only be used for the relevant property matter.
Advisory services
Consultancy, documentation and investment advisory outputs are provided for guidance and do not replace independent legal, tax or valuation advice.
Liability
ViRos provides the marketplace and supporting services but is not a party to transactions between users unless expressly engaged in writing.
